You will need the Free Transform Tool to do that. I have a video tutorial on that as well but with the FT Tool selected, select the object so it’s highlighted. Then you can rotate by moving the cursor to the edges of the object. Again, if you need a visual explanation, go ahead and check out my video tutorial on it, that should make things easier. I hope I’ve been some help to you!
