    Go to an image hoster that supports SWF. files,once there,copy the direct link.

    (If you’re going to put it on a forum of something that has [FLASH][/FLASH] codes do this)

    Type: [FLASH="DIRECT LINK HERE"]width=x height=y[/FLASH]
